Characteristic

1.Eaton DG4V3-S/R valves are available in high performance and standard performance options.
2. At a flow rate of 30 l/min, the minimum pressure drop is 2.5 bar.
3. Valves come with a variety of coil connectors including DIN, Deutsch, AMP and junction box options.
4. There are a variety of coil voltages and powers to choose from.
5. High-performance valve handles flow rates up to 80 l/min (21 USgpm).
6. Standard performance valves handle flows up to 40 l/min (10.5 USgpm).
7.Both types of valves can operate at 350 bar (5000 psi) pressure.
8. Designers have the flexibility to select the most appropriate valve option for each application.

DG4V Valve Instructions

1.Eaton DG4V solenoid operated directional valve is designed to guide and stop flow within hydraulic systems.
2. They effectively control greater hydraulic power without increasing solenoid valve power consumption.
3.DG4V valve can save cost and space due to its higher power/weight and size ratio.
4. Provides installation flexibility by selecting various combinations of solenoid valve connectors and locations.
5. Standard Viton seals enable multi-fluid functionality, with optional nitrile seals available.
6. Hydraulic valves ensure higher continuous machine productivity and uptime, with fatigue life and durability tested for more than 20 million cycles.
7. Eaton solenoid coil is easy and quick to replace and will not cause leakage in the hydraulic system.
8. When used with Eaton® SystemStak™ valves and subplates, these valves facilitate compact and cost-effective system designs.
