Characteristic

High-efficiency and energy-saving design
The VUP high-efficiency variable pump is composed of a unique pressure control mechanism and a forced parallel structure. It has automatic flow adjustment and compensation functions, which can effectively achieve energy-saving effects.

Smooth operation and low noise
The pump adopts a special mechanism design, has a smooth operation process, has the advantages of low vibration and low noise, and is particularly suitable for machine tools, shoemaking machinery and various industrial equipment with high noise control requirements.

Excellent temperature rise control
The VUP pump itself has a small temperature rise. If used with the AL608 series air-cooled cooler launched by our company, the temperature rise control effect can be further optimized to ensure long-term stable operation of the system.

Direct-connected motor to ensure concentricity
If used with our company’s direct-connected motor, the assembly concentricity control performance can be effectively improved. If a direct connection is used, it is recommended to choose our spline shaft version to give full play to the performance advantages of the pump.

Integrated flange oil block design
The VUP flange vane pump is equipped with a special oil block, which can be directly installed on the pump outlet flange without the need for additional pipeline connection, making installation easier.

Convenient pressure detection interface
The pump body has a reserved pressure gauge installation position, which can be directly installed with a pressure gauge to facilitate monitoring of system pressure and improve maintenance efficiency.

Built-in check valve design
The VUP vane pump has an integrated check valve inside, which effectively reduces external pipeline interference, optimizes system layout, and improves overall stability.
